Ashland Custom 01

Each customer has a vision of his or her perfect home. This customer really liked our Ashland model, but... it needed a few changes to become the perfect home.

• House square feet: 1752
• Garage square feet: 582
• Front porch square feet: 60

Some changes made to the original Ashland floor plan:

• Square footage was added
• Master bath was rearranged to accomodate a whirlpool and a shower
• The front wall of bedroom 3 was moved 2' forward. This added some space and also added interest to the front elevation.
• The coat closet was moved and converted a closet for the furnace and water heater.
• The original laundry room was changed to a home office. Double French pocket doors make a grand entrance from the office to the Great Room.
• The Laundry Room was moved to the Kitchen and a pantry closet was built at the rear entrance door.
• The garage doors were moved from the front of the house to the side.
